THE DEATH OCCURED IN A MEDICAL OR CARE FACILITY
Please do let us know that the death occurred. Most hospitals and care facilities have procedures in place for contacting and working with funeral homes, so be sure to let the facility know that you have selected our funeral home. They may have documentation that you will complete.
THE DEATH OCCURED IN A RESIDENCE
If the deceased was enrolled with a hospice program, hospice should be the first contact. In most other cases, the local police department will need to be contacted and make certain notifications before the deceased can be transported.
