Obituary for Paul A. Rose

Paul Anthony Rose

Paul A. Rose passed away on Friday, November 9th, 2018. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 9th, 1969 to Richard Rose and Kory Rose Alcocer. Paul is survived by Lisa Bohnert Rose and their two children: his son, Elias Rose and his daughter, Olivia Rose, his parents, Alan and Susan Stobbe, his sisters, Karla Phillips and Kaitlyn Stavinoha, brother-in-law, Emil, his brother, Kristoffer Stobbe and many other family and friends.

Paul served in the United States Army and continued in the Reserves while attending Moody Bible Institute where he earned his Undergraduate Degree in Christian Education and later received his Master Degree in Psychology from Wheaton College. He then went on to get his school counseling certification and spent over 10 years working at Cowherd Middle School in Aurora, IL .

Paul was a loving, devoted father, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was an amazing man who loved God and his family. He was energetic, fun, talented and kind. He loved playing classical guitar and had a genuine heart to love and care for others. The greatest love he shared was that of his children, Elias and Olivia.

The joy that Paul brought to everyone he ever met is immeasurable, as Paul touched so many lives. This Quote is a beautiful illustration: "So many people come into our lives then leave the way they came. But there are those precious few who touch our hearts so deeply we will never be the same."

We give thanks to God for the gift of your life and will continue to live in Hope knowing we will be united again in Christ Jesus. We love you Paul.
